SHIPPING:
Standard shipping and handling are FREE for delivery of book orders within the United States. Book orders delivered in the U.S. are shipped by U.S. Postal System Media Mail Service within 24 hours of payment approval by PayPal. The time-to-ship the Virtual Book Signing options is also dependent upon the availability of the author to write and sign either generic and custom messages on the inside front book cover. Standard delivery may take 1-3 weeks.
USPS Priority Mail service is optionally available in the U.S. for an additional fee per item. Priority Mail delivery is normally 1-3 days within the United States following any processing time associated with payment and Virtual Book Signing.

Virtual products, e-books and editable compliance documentation, can be downloaded once up to seven days following payment. A unique security password is provided to each customer on the Web site order confirmation processing page following online order processing (and also on the in the customer's account information associated with the specific order). The security password is necessary to unlock the encryption of both the e-book and the compliance documentation downloads. Customers are responsible for saving the e-book and the compliance documentation on their computer or other media after the download and unlocking the file with the security password.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our online site and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN/NO REFUND policy for virtual products such as e-books and other electronic documentation. Hardcopy books ordered with the Virtual Book Signing Personalized Message Option (a custom salutation and message that you create) are not returnable/refundable.
Standard books (without custom autographs) may be returned after cursory examination for a full refund, however, such returns are at your shipping, packaging, and handling expense, and they must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date and received by us in good condition—no marks, no broken bindings, no tattered cover or pages, etc. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included with your return to assure proper crediting of your return. Credits will be posted within 30 days of receipt of your return.
